Returns Policy

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following delivery. If you wish to do this please follow the instructions on the returns form included with your order.

Returned items must be unused and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the item. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.

Providing the goods are returned in original unworn and undamaged condition with all packaging in tact you will receive a full refund (excluding original delivery charges).

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions on the returns form included with your order and return the item within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging and, where applicable, tags attached we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges), or exchange the item for something else if preferred.

Items Dispatched in Error

In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, please email returns@bonrobot.com within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.

Faulty Items

Bon Robot makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should email returns@bonrobot.com within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.

Exceptions

Some products are non-returnable. These are clearly indicated where applicable in the 'details' section of the product page. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
